We present our digital decoration, applicable in production and non-production lines, without dyes or chemical additives. We add colour… Even without colourants! Your packaging claim can remain ‘WITHOUT’, because we know how important that is nowadays.
Digital will allow you to invent new campaigns, whether seasonal or ‘limited edition’, and you can make each of your pieces unique. And your product can be:

Edible liquids
‘We make it in all colours!
After many, many attempts at development, we know that edible liquids for food decoration are strongly influenced or affected by factors such as:
- Chemico-reological parameters (to achieve the right ‘throwability’).
- Production process, environmental conditions and substrate to be decorated.
- Compliance with various food laws and regulations around the world (CE, FDA, etc.). Religions (Kosher, Halal) or lifestyles (e.g. vegan).
- Marketing, consumer ‘norms’, various claims on product labels.
- Cost per print/piece, strictly dependent on colour depth, process and marketing objective.
It is not always possible to achieve all this simultaneously, especially with a single technology and colour type. Trazapack has succeeded, and has developed several families of liquids precisely to suit.
- Azo liquids
Not all of these dyes are permitted, accepted, tolerated by national regulations or accepted by manufacturers/consumers.
They must be declared on the label with the corresponding abbreviation ‘E-1XX’.
Better contrast/depth of colour and longer shelf life (12-18 months).
- Azo-free liquids
More tolerated by regulations, consumers and more careful manufacturers’ policies.
Can be declared with the name of the component and not with ‘E-1XX’.

- Natural liquids
Fully and completely tolerated by regulations, also accepted by manufacturers of special or organic foodstuffs. Declared as components, not as ‘E-1XX’.
